Little Clacton

Located 3 miles North of Clacton-on-Sea, the village of Little Clacton has been a winner in recent years of the ‘Best kept village in Essex’ award. Predominately situated around the village centre there is a selection of traditional and more modern shops, two public houses, a veterinary surgery and a picturesque church which dates back to 1068. Also within the village centre is the ‘Jubilee Oak’ which was planted to commemorate Queen Victoria’s Jubilee. There is a good selection of properties of both modern and period style located in and around the village centre as well as a well respected primary school, two recreational grounds, a supermarket on the southern outskirts and access to the A133 Trunk Road.
