Viewing The Properties

There are many ways to search for property, whether it is via the website, in property papers or your local newspaper, in Agents windows or in person with the Estate Agents themselves. Now you know what you want and you have received your properties details, it is time to start short listing for viewings. Whether it is one or ten properties list them out with possible days and times to view, then contact the Estate Agents to make the arrangements. One point to bear in mind, always tell the Agents times and days that have already been allocated to other viewings, so you do not get double booked.

When attending the viewing it is always advisable to take notes on each property as it is viewed, so after you have seen a number of properties in one day you will not forget which property had what, this will help you make a decision.
